How Do I Apply to Graduate?

• Step 1: Meet with a counselor/adviser for a Degree Audit/Grad Check at the Counseling Department on any SCC Campus.
• Step 2: Procure and complete a Diploma Application Form from the:
  
  • Enrollment Services Office; or
  • Counseling/Advisement Office.
• Step 3: Return the completed Diploma Application Form and Degree Audit/Grad Check (from the Counseling Department) to Enrollment Services by the published deadline.
• Step 4: If you are attending the graduation ceremony, it is your responsibility to order your graduation regalia from any SCC Bookstore by the published deadline.

Graduation Information

Fall  2008 Graduation Ceremony

• The Fall 2008 Graduation Ceremony is on Friday December 12, 2008, at 7:15 p.m., in the Sanford/Lake Mary Campus Gymnasium (building H).
• The procession begins promptly at 8 p.m.
• The deadline to submit a Diploma Application to participate is November 14, 2008.

Graduation Regalia

• Where: Sanford/Lake Mary Campus Cafeteria
• When: October 22-23
• Time: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• The deadline for gowns and personalized announcements is Friday, October 24, 2008

RSVP Forms

• RSVP Forms are required for the December 12, 2008, graduation ceremony and for ticket pick-up.
• The RSVP deadline is December 5, 2008.
