Retirement Plans

The college makes all contributions on the employees' behalf on these three plans. Employees do not contribute to the plan. The following plans are available for regular part-time and full-time employees based upon eligibility:

• Florida Retirement System (FRS) Pension Plan
• FRS Investment Plan
• Community College Optional Retirement Program (CCORP) Plan (Eligibility limited to instructional positions and specific administrative and executive positions)

* Part-time and full-time employees are also eligible to participate in the employee paid plan of:

• 403(b) and 457(b) Retirement Savings Accounts

*(Excluding student employees paid from the Federal Financial Aid Program)
