Early childhood education professionals are trained to develop safe, healthy and nurturing learning environments, designed to meet the emotional, social, intellectual and physical needs of the children in their care.

New and exciting changes have been made to the Child Development Associate (CDA) Programs at SCC!

Call the Early Childhood Education Department to learn more about these changes.

Students who are interested in earning their CDA at SCC should enroll at the Admissions Office and make an appointment with the Early Childhood Department for specific information on the CDA Program.
